Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance organisational performance and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead HR projects to support business transformation and growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HRBP should have:

  • Proven experience in human resources within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and solid experience in strategic HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
