The organization has a strong presence in BGC, Taguig, and values innovation and operational excellence.Job DescriptionOwn and optimise the organization's HR system, ensuring a seamless employee and HR user experience across the UK and Manila.Act as the primary SAP SuccessFactors specialist, managing system performance, enhancements, upgrades, and vendor relationships. Experience with the employee central module is a must.Deliver accurate mass data uploads (e.g., pay reviews, bonuses) with strong reconciliation, audit, and control processesEnsure data governance, system security, and compliance with UK GDPR and the Philippines data protection regulationsProvide expert user support and training, proactively identifying system and process improvementsSupport high‑risk data requests (e.g., Subject Access Requests, FOI) in partnership with HR, Legal, and Governance teamsThe Successful ApplicantA successful HR System Specialist should have:8+ years of experience in an HR Systems / HRIS Specialist role with clear system ownership, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors.Strong hands‑on experience with the configuration and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules.Experience with various modules of the SuccessFactors system, most notably Employee Central, Payroll, and Performance Management modules.Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.Proven experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations using structured methodologies.Strong knowledge of HR data privacy, controls, and compliance in a corporate environment.Confident communicator able to manage regional stakeholders across different time zones.Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous‑improvement mindset.Experience in working with UK stakeholders is a big plus.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Flexible hybrid working set up based in BGC, Taguig, where you will be reporting to the office 3x a week.Regular training & professional development opportunities.Opportunity for autonomy and ownership over your work and projects.Strong collaborative culture supporting employee well-being and mental health.If you are passionate about HR systems and technology, this is your chance to make an impact.
