Job Description

  • Provide global support, maintenance, and enhancement for SAP MM, WM, and EWM solutions.
  • Design, configure, and optimise SAP processes and system functionality.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users, external consultants, and technical teams.
  • Manage change requests, system improvements, and SAP implementation activities.
  • Support integrations and interfaces across the broader SAP landscape.
  • Coordinate and oversee external development partners and application support providers.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues through analysis, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Participate in and contribute to international SAP projects and deployments.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7 years of SAP consulting and configuration experience.
  • Proven experience delivering SAP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM, WM, and supply chain management processes.
  • Mandatory knowledge of ABAP and debugging techniques.
  • Track record of contributing to global or multi-country SAP programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to influence, drive change, and work effectively without formal authority.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of cultural awareness and adaptability in multinational environments.
