The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Project Finance or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or executing significant debt/funding transactions.
  • Strong experience in funding strategy, debt structuring and refinancing.
  • Experience working with banks, investment banks, institutional investors and/or rating agencies.
  • Experience with large, capital-intensive businesses strongly preferred.
  • Experience with M&A/acquisition financing and project finance is highly desirable.
