Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate and regulatory matters to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee and manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential legal and compliance issues.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Legal and Compliance Manager should have:

  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
