Job Description

As a Senior Manager / Associate Partner - Data Strategy & AI, you will help shape and lead large-scale data and AI transformation programs for clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, and oversee the implementation of data and AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise C-level executives on enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies.
  • Develop data transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize AI and Generative AI use cases with clear ROI and business value.
  • Lead data maturity assessments and establish target-state operating models.
  • Design enterprise data governance, data management, and analytics frameworks.
  • Drive the development of business cases for data and AI investments.
  • Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across strategy, data, analytics, and technology workstreams.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of data platform, analytics, machine learning, and AI transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to manage change, adoption, and capability-building programs.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives and decision-makers.
  • Contribute to practice growth by mentoring consultants and developing market offerings around Data & AI.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years of experience in management consulting, data strategy, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise data strategy, analytics, or AI transformation programs.
  • Strong blend of strategic consulting expertise and delivery execution experience.
  • Track record of engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience defining data operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise data management strategies.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, Generative AI, and emerging data technologies.
  • Experience managing large consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Demonstrated business development, account management, or client growth experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience within consulting firms, system integrators, or technology advisory organizations is highly preferred.
