Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage global mobility programs and processes.
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relocation and mobility policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international mobility regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address mobility-related needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on mobility activities.
  • Resolve mobility-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of mobility strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize mobility program costs and efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Mobility Specialist Lead should have:

  • Strong knowledge of mobility processes and regulations.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end employee mobility programs.
  • Expertise in human resources within the property industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
