Job Description

  • Lead analytics for hotel, F&B, entertainment, retail, and attractions to identify opportunities that improve revenue, profitability, and total customer value.
  • Analyze hotel performance, including occupancy, room rates, customer mix, and cash-versus-comp utilization, to support revenue optimization decisions.
  • Evaluate F&B, retail, and ancillary business performance by assessing customer spending, margins, attachment rates, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Measure the ROI of events and entertainment offerings, providing recommendations on future investments, improvements, or discontinuation.
  • Integrate gaming and non-gaming customer data to generate insights on customer lifetime value, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Lead and mentor Non-Gaming Analysts, ensuring analytical accuracy, commercial relevance, and adherence to established reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Hotel Operations, F&B, Marketing, Finance, Gaming, and Commercial Analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Present actionable recommendations that balance departmental objectives with overall enterprise value and business performance goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Non-Gaming Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • 4-10+ years of experience in hospitality analytics, revenue management, commercial analytics, finance, strategy, or related analytical functions.
  • Strong expertise in hotel, F&B, events, retail, pricing, margin management, customer behavior analysis, or integrated resort economics.
  • Proven ability to perform complex revenue, profitability, customer value, and ROI analysis, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience leading analytical workstreams, mentoring analysts, and establishing data-driven frameworks and performance standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in evaluating cross-sell opportunities, customer lifetime value, and enterprise-wide business performance.

What's on Offer
