Our client is a high‑growth, global technology‑enabled protection and insurance platform operating across multiple regions. They partner closely with leading distributors and service providers to deliver seamless, customer‑centric protection solutions at scale.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end operations covering service delivery, logistics, repair, and supply chain
  • Manage and develop operations managers and third‑party service providers
  • Own operational KPIs including SLA, TAT, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee relationships with repair partners, logistics providers, and contact centers
  • Translate client and business requirements into executable operational plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and technology
  • Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation or contingency plans
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives and client projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Establish best‑practice sharing with regional and global operations teams
  • Manage budgeting, planning, and cost controls to ensure positive P&L outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong background in electronics, telecommunications, or device‑related operations
  • Proven experience managing vendors, partners, and outsourced teams
  • Solid understanding of logistics, reverse logistics, supply chain, or repair operations
  • Data‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments
  • Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and partners
