Job Description

  • Prepare, integrate, validate, and maintain workforce data from HR and related systems.
  • Produce recurring reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics outputs with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and optimise reporting tools, automated workflows, scripts, and data pipelines.
  • Analyse reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support data governance initiatives, documentation standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Deliver meaningful workforce insights and communicate trends, assumptions, and limitations clearly.
  • Administer access controls and ensure confidential employee data is handled securely.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop practical reporting solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across people systems and analytics functions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience handling, cleansing, validating, and analysing large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, macros, and reporting functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and reporting processes.
  • Extensive Power BI experience, including end-to-end dashboard development and visualisation.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and data integration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
