The Senior PMO Manager leads the Project Management Office, ensuring all strategic projects are planned, executed, and monitored in alignment with company goals and PMO standards. The role drives cross‑functional coordination, resource management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to deliver projects efficiently, compliantly, and with consistent quality.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement project management frameworks for construction projects.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering background not required but preferred
  • At least 10 years of Project Management experience
  • Must have PMP certification or equivalent
  • Strong PM expertise; experience in project governance
  • Strategic planning and risk management capability
  • Strong communication & leadership
  • Willing to report to Makati City, Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 6pm
