The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the Neuro/Psych portfolio, driving brand growth, market share, and profitability across assigned markets. This role owns the full product lifecycle while working closely with commercial, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure best-in-class execution.

Job Description

Portfolio & Brand Strategy

  • Lead development and execution of mid- to long-term brand strategy for the Neuro/Psych portfolio.
  • Define portfolio positioning and value propositions aligned with business and principal objectives.
  • Conduct therapy area and competitive landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities.



Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Own annual brand planning, forecasting, and target-setting for the Neuro/Psych portfolio.
  • Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and ROI of marketing initiatives; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage portfolio P&L in partnership with finance and commercial teams.



Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution

  • Design and implement integrated marketing programs across digital, field, and medical channels.
  • Support sales execution with clear messaging, tools, and field materials.
  • Develop compliant promotional and educational content for HCPs and institutions.



Market Insights & Customer Focus

  • Gather and analyze customer insights across HCPs
  • Monitor healthcare policies, guidelines, and access dynamics affecting Neuro/Psych brands.
  • Drive patient and HCP support initiatives aligned with compliance and market needs.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with medical affairs on scientific strategy and evidence generation.
  • Align with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Partner with supply chain and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency across the portfolio.



The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is an advantage.
  • 6-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management, with at least 3-5 years handling specialty or CNS/Neuro/Psych brands.



Technical & Functional Skills

  • Solid understanding of the Neuro/Psych therapy area, treatment pathways, and HCP dynamics (neurologists, psychiatrists, etc.).
  • Proven experience in brand planning, forecasting, P&L management, and launch excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data, market research, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience working with distribution, channel partners, or commercial solutions providers is a strong plus.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable, impactful plans.
  • Highly collaborative, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with KOLs, principals, and leadership teams.
  • Able to navigate complexities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
