The Senior Project Accountant will serve as a subject matter expert, overseeing financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance for projects across Europe. This role will be on a night shift and hybrid work schedule.

The client is a global leader in renewable energy with a growing shared service based in Pasay.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports for various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial data.
  • Oversee account reconciliations and manage financial records.
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
  • Assist in process improvements for accounting and financial reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within a multinational environment.
  • Prior experience in project accounting for a construction, engineering, or similar firm is highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to process transformation or migration activities preferred.
  • Exhibits adaptability to contribute to transformation projects and collaborate well with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift and hybrid setup (at least 3x RTO per week).
