Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition (hunter role) while managing select key accounts
  • Sell credit bureau, risk management, and eKYC solutions
  • Engage stakeholders such as CROs, risk heads, and analytics teams
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Apply a consultative selling approach to identify business challenges and position solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client proposals
  • Stay updated on industry trends across fintech, telco, and B2B sectors
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Background in fintech, telco, SaaS, or analytics solutions preferred
  • Strong exposure to selling into risk, credit, or data-driven environments is a plus
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders (e.g., CROs, decision-makers)
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to open new accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
