Job Description

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom apps, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer.
  • Implement and manage core platform components such as Glide scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, and data imports.
  • Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Ensure solutions align with ITIL methodologies and ITSM best practices.
  • Maintain a general understanding of enterprise IT architecture and relational databases to support platform development and integration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ServiceNow Developer should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow core tables, scripting, and platform configuration.
  • Proven experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM concepts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and relational database structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
