With a strong culture of innovation and collaboration, they offer a dynamic environment where bold ideas and meaningful impact thrive.Job DescriptionMaintain, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across all company sites.Act as onsite technical hands for IT and engineering teams, assisting with hardware installations, equipment moves, basic troubleshooting, and coordination of local resources. Support data center, lab, and network room operations at the Makati site, including physical installation work, cabling, labelling, and adherence to security and safety protocols.Provide Tier 3 support for global helpdesk escalations, resolving complex workstation, server, and application issues for both onsite and remote staff.Oversee global Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments, including user management, system updates, storage administration, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Xen.Continuously track the health of the global network monitoring availability, latency, and throughput and respond quickly to outages or performance problems.Lead or assist in deploying new IT initiatives, infrastructure enhancements, and security projects for the Philippines office and other locations.Facilities & Operations Leadership: Serve as the primary facilities and site lead for the Makati office, fostering a professional, collaborative, and high‑performance work environment.
