Job Description

The SVP of Technology will oversee technology operations across software engineering, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and technology governance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in modernizing technology capabilities, enabling business growth, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation across the organization.

  • Define and execute the organization's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide executive leadership across software development, enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology operations.
  • Lead digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives to improve operational performance and client experience.
  • Build scalable, resilient, and secure technology platforms that support future growth and business expansion.
  • Partner closely with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can accelerate business outcomes.
  • Lead strategic vendor relationships, technology investments, and budgeting activities.
  • Develop and mentor senior technology leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide executive-level recommendations regarding technology investments, emerging technologies, risks, and growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

We are interested in speaking with accomplished technology executives who have successfully led complex enterprise technology environments within high-growth, service-intensive organizations.

You will likely bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across multiple technology disciplines.
  • Significant executive leadership experience overseeing diverse tech departments, covering the likes of : software engineering, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • Proven success leading large-scale technology modernization and digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to business objectives.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global operations within a customer-centric or services environment.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, board-level leaders, and business executives.
