The Site Lead is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end setup of a new legal entity and operational site within the country. This role oversees regulatory compliance, business registrations, facilities setup, local governance, and the initial scaling of people, processes, and infrastructure. The role acts as the primary liaison with government agencies, external consultants, legal counsel, and global stakeholders.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Site Lead in the Philippines are:

    • Lead end‑to‑end legal entity setup, including registrations, permits, statutory filings, and compliance with labor, tax, and data‑privacy regulations.
    • Coordinate with legal counsel, corporate secretaries, regulatory bodies, and government agencies (SEC, BIR, DOLE, LGUs, PEZA/BOI).
    • Manage external partners such as consultants, auditors, brokers, vendors, and negotiate third‑party contracts and service agreements.
    • Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, facilities build‑out, IT infrastructure setup, and ensure the site meets operational and regulatory standards.
    • Drive strategic planning, project management, cross‑functional coordination, and executive reporting for entity and site establishment.
    • Support early hiring, onboarding workflows, labor registrations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG), and foundational people policies and culture.
    • Identify and mitigate legal, financial, operational, and security risks while establishing governance, internal controls, and audit readiness.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Lead should have:

  • 7+ years experience in entity setup, site establishment.
  • Experience in growing organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of local laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks. Ability to build relationships with government agencies and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, risk awareness, and problem-solving capability.
  • Proactive, strong leadership presence, high integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and build structure
