Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet operational targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and direct site staff, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain operational continuity.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
