This role acts as the architectural thought leader for enterprise clients, designing workflow and automation solutions that align business strategy with modern low-code/no-code platforms. You'll guide teams, influence technical direction, and ensure that complex transformation initiatives are built on solid, scalable architectural foundations.

Job Description

  • Develop end-to-end solution architectures that translate enterprise priorities into structured, scalable designs.
  • Establish design standards, governance models, and best practices for solution delivery across multiple projects.
  • Lead design reviews and serve as the main authority on architectural decisions, ensuring quality, performance, and security.
  • Build reusable design frameworks and reference models to elevate implementation consistency.
  • Drive research and experimentation with new design methods, tools, and integration techniques.
  • Advise senior business and IT stakeholders, providing architectural guidance and long-term solution strategy.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3-4+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise solutions using low-code or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, ServiceNow).
  • Strong background in process automation, BPM, system integrations (APIs, web services, middleware), and data modeling.
  • Capable of architecting multi-application environments that are stable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Possesses excellent problem‑solving abilities and influences teams through expertise rather than direct authority.
  • Comfortable advising CXOs and presenting architectural recommendations in executive settings.
