Job Description

  • Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure systems align with business goals and adhere to industry standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Conduct system architecture reviews and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Architect should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture within the financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
