Job Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in credit risk analytics and lending solutions
  • Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities and client engagements
  • Participate in client meetings, solution presentations, and discovery sessions
  • Understand clients' risk management challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Translate complex analytical concepts into business-friendly recommendations
  • Support product positioning and solution demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Analyze lending and portfolio performance data to generate insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, sales, and delivery teams
  • Provide guidance on credit risk methodologies, underwriting strategies, and portfolio optimization

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in Credit Risk Analytics and Data Science
  • Background within lending companies, fintechs, digital banks, financial services, or risk analytics providers
  • Experience building, validating, or managing credit risk models and scorecards
  • Strong understanding of lending portfolios, underwriting, and credit decisioning
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or commercial discussions is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, or similar technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to bridge technical concepts with business and commercial objectives
