Job Description

  • Develop unique and trend-aligned designs for the brand's seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
  • Conduct research on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee fabric selection, color palettes, and material sourcing for collections.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and sketches to stakeholders for approval.
  • Manage fittings, revisions, and final approvals for sample garments.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and target market.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Fashion Designer should have:

  • A degree in fashion design or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in creating innovative and market-relevant designs.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and garment construction.
