  • Oversee technical project execution to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and processes within projects.
  • Lead technical reviews and audits to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Project Technical Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing technical aspects of Railway Projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and implement innovative solutions.
