Job Description

  • Design, develop, and enhance application components and services based on business and technical requirements.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Execute unit, integration, and system testing activities to ensure quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with database teams to support data modeling and database design initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze issues, provide solutions, and deliver user support and training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production support requests.
  • Provide second-level support for existing systems before, during, and after deployment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational development standards, quality controls, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL processes, and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts and database management systems.
  • Experience developing and supporting applications hosted in Microsoft IIS.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Web Apps and Azure Function Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and modern software development lifecycle practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Project management knowledge or experience is a plus.
