Job Description

  • Manage overall store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
  • Ensure sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any escalated issues effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee the performance of retail staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory.
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement store policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute promotional strategies.
