Job Description

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies across retail assets
  • Source and secure new tenant concepts and brand partnerships
  • Lead negotiations with local and international retailers
  • Evaluate commercial opportunities and tenant mix optimization
  • Support leasing requirements for new mall developments
  • Drive turnaround initiatives for underperforming retail assets
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of strategic tenants
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize asset performance
  • Lead and develop senior leasing professionals
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging retail concepts

The Successful Applicant

  • 15 to 20+ years of overall professional experience
  • 10 to 15+ years within retail or commercial leasing
  • Proven experience dealing with local and international brands
  • Strong tenant sourcing and acquisition capabilities
  • Demonstrated commercial negotiation expertise
  • Track record of improving leasing performance
  • Experience leading and developing senior-level leasing teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Highly adaptable and results-oriented leader
