Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and business design
  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve client performance and competitive positioning
  • Manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability development
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to shape strategic agendas and drive alignment
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial growth
  • Deliver insights using analytics, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and implement scalable solutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in strategy consulting, payments, or financial services
  • Strong track record of leading complex transformation engagements
  • Deep expertise in technology, credit risk, or payments, with specialist experience anchored in the payments ecosystem
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Experience in commercial sales or business development is advantageous
