Job Description

As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the successful implementation of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring projects move from concept through production deployment with measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform implementations and enterprise deployments
  • Define project scope, requirements, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
  • Support integrations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
  • Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Drive customer adoption and expansion of AI use cases across organizations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the deployment lifecycle



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project delivery capabilities with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

You will likely possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, project delivery, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
  • Ability to understand technical concepts including APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive and execution-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or quantitative discipline
