Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain and operations management.
  • Oversee vendor management to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with company objectives.
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain operational continuity.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve favourable terms and conditions.
  • Analyse data to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain and Operations Head should have:

  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Operations.
  • A proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and cost management.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
