Job Description

  • Led cross-functional demand and supply planning cycles to align business priorities with operational execution.
  • Managed forecasting activities, analyzing demand trends and resolving variances to improve planning reliability.
  • Ensured sales projections remained aligned with commercial objectives, promotions, and market initiatives.
  • Developed and maintained supply plans that balanced customer service requirements, product availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Identified potential supply and inventory risks, coordinating mitigation actions with key business stakeholders.
  • Oversaw inventory health and replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Monitored inbound supply performance and order fulfillment, proactively addressing supply chain disruptions and service risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Planning Manager should have:

  • A background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Capability to manage teams and drive performance improvements.
