Job Description

  • Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and document system specifications, workflows, and processes.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the analytics department to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the organization's systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Systems Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Experience in ERP implementation (NetSuite experience is an advantage)
  • Strong skills in creating process maps and flowcharts (e.g., Visio)
  • Proficient in writing functional specifications and understanding technical documentation
  • Experience in executing and validating test plans and test scripts
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, including queries and stored procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
