Job Description

  • Develop and implement employee welfare and engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all employee relations practices.
  • Manage conflict resolution and grievance procedures effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to align welfare initiatives with company objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of welfare programs and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations activities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Welfare and Relations Manager should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in handling employee relations and welfare programs.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in documentation.
