Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems and processes.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and provide guidance accordingly.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in meeting organizational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on internal controls and tax compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Compliance & Internal Control Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
  • With minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Experience in internal control processes within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and auditing practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
