Job Description

  • Lead and manage technical operations
  • Oversee engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within technical operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
  • Experience in leading EPC and O&M tender process and negotiation of the entire contract
  • Has techno-commercial understanding of Solar and BESS (having experience in wind is an advantage)
  • Well-versed in Engineering and Design and resource assessment capacity
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
