Job Description

  • Lead the Talent Welfare function and employee engagement strategy.
  • Manage and enhance Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee welfare and culture-building programs.
  • Drive retention and engagement efforts across the organization.
  • Own and maximize the use of the HRIS platform.
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Total Rewards & Engagement Manager should have:

  • Experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Talent Welfare, Total Rewards, or related functions.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing HR or people programs.
  • Experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for people, culture, and employee experience.
  • Open to candidates from any industry.
