Job Description

  • Operate and continuously improve operation domains: Customer Segmentation, Campaign and Marketing, Promotion
  • Monitor data driven operation performance, customer service feedbacks and resolutions, with support from internal business intelligence team and digital product team
  • Support project management for key partnership delivery projects
  • Regularly distill customer demands and market opportunities, benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes
  • Understand commercial strategy and insurance product design
  • Identify and champion product improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's/College Degree with Finance, Marketing, Data or relevant backgound
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital insurance/user growth/campaign operation
  • Attention to details, data sensitive, with problem solving, customer-first mindshare and skills
  • Strong analytical skills, digital product user growth operations, project management experience are preferred
  • Great written, verbal communication as well as stakeholder management skills, "can-do" and fast learning attitude



Requirements/Qualifications (good to have):

  • A good understanding of the digital insurance as well as the Insurance industry landscape in Philippines;
  • Has previous experience in insurance industry via digital channels and growth hacking experience
  • Previous E-commerce/TechFin experience
