Job Description

  • Develop and implement welding processes to meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff on welding techniques and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot welding issues to prevent production delays and ensure product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including welding procedures and inspection reports.
  • Evaluate new welding technologies and recommend their integration into production processes.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all welding operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Welding Engineer should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field, specializing in welding or materials science.
  • Strong technical expertise in welding processes and technologies within Semiconductor or Aerospace Industry.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and safety regulations in the Engineering & Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
