Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and statutory requirements
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, and corporate structuring initiatives
  • Support ERP implementation and drive process improvements

The Successful Applicant

Ideal CandidateNon-negotiables / Required:

  • Direct experience in BIR and SEC tax compliance
  • Strong hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience
  • ERP system experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally



Preferred / Good-to-have:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience in tax planning, restructuring, or tax cases
  • Exposure to ERP implementation projects
  • Background in multinational or high-growth environments
  • Open to candidates from various industries
