Job Description

  • Champion AI/ML and advanced analytics to enable hyper-personalized customer engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end development and operationalization of models for propensity scoring and offer recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor a data science team, ensuring efficient execution and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into campaigns and platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance to drive incremental revenue and campaign success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Applied AI/ML for Hyper-Personalization professional should have:

  • 5-8 years in Data Science/Analytics with strong AI/ML expertise.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models for personalization.
  • Skilled in customer analytics, propensity modeling, and recommender systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing data science teams and stakeholder engagement.
  • Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
