Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
  • Drive sales performance for a portfolio of cardiometabolic products.
  • Implement territory plans and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and conduct regular field visits with team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical pharmaceutical promotion standards and company policies.
  • Analyse sales performance and recommend actions to improve productivity and market penetration.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership, ideally within ethical promotion.
  • Strong background managing sales teams and delivering sales targets.
  • Experience within cardiometabolic, cardiovascular, or related therapeutic areas is preferred.
  • Candidates from pharmaceutical or relevant healthcare industries with strong cardio physician networks will be considered.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to cover North GMA and Central Luzon with an office based in Makati City.
