Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for asset accounting transformation
  • Conduct process discovery and define global standard processes
  • Collaborate with finance SMEs, IT teams, and external partners
  • Oversee requirements lifecycle from design through testing and deployment
  • Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business objectives
  • Drive change management and stakeholder readiness initiatives
  • Support system implementation, training, and adoption activities
  • Promote collaboration across global and local teams



The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Accounting Transformation Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 10+ years of accounting experience with asset accounting focus
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and accounting principles
  • Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, or similar ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in transformation, process improvement, or projects
  • Comfortable working in diverse, global environments
