Job Description

  • Lead the technology business partnering and stakeholder engagement function.
  • Drive demand management, roadmap planning, business cases, and investment prioritisation.
  • Oversee technology portfolios, programmes, and projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and maintain governance, reporting, risk, and benefits realisation processes.
  • Develop an integrated operating model linking strategy, governance, and delivery.
  • Partner with senior executives to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Programme Delivery, or Technology Business Partnering.
  • Proven success leading multinational large-scale technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing teams in complex, matrixed, and international environments.
  • Strong governance, portfolio management, reporting, financial oversight, and benefits tracking expertise.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, SAFe, or similar certifications are advantageous
