Job Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned participants, handling inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth implementation of services
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues promptly
  • Drive participant engagement across products and services
  • Monitor service quality and ensure a positive overall participant experience
  • Develop an understanding of participant business profiles and tailor engagement strategies
  • Identify opportunities to enhance value and strengthen partnerships
  • Collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in relationship management within banking, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of the banking and payments landscape
  • Familiarity with payment systems, switch networks, and financial institution structures
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and industry dynamics
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional coordination skills
