Job Description

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and wholesalers within the assigned territory
  • Expand points of sale and strengthen market coverage across Mindanao
  • Conduct joint market visits with partners to introduce products and solutions
  • Deliver product training sessions and workshops to distributors and customers
  • Manage distributor agreements, commercial terms, and ongoing performance
  • Execute trade marketing initiatives including promotions, co‑investments, and sponsorships
  • Drive sales volume, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize average selling price
  • Represent the company in the field and act as the key commercial contact in the region

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Degree holder with 8-10 years of commercial or business development experience
  • Background in the automotive, aftermarket, or related industrial sectors
  • Strong distributor and wholesaler network within Mindanao
  • Proven experience opening new markets, distributors, or sales channels
  • Comfortable in a highly autonomous, field‑based individual contributor role
  • Strong commercial acumen, relationship‑building skills, and execution mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
