Job Description

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, including product launches, promotions, and activations
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
  • Partner with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure strong in-market execution
  • Manage A&P budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Track and evaluate brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee creative development and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building brands
