Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Build and Transition Manager

  • Lead the build phase of transformation initiatives, ensuring readiness across documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
  • Oversee development and validation of SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks aligned to design standards
  • Ensure completeness and quality of knowledge capture from source teams
  • Direct development of training materials and learning plans for GCC readiness
  • Establish and manage readiness criteria across people, process, technology, and controls
  • Partner with Transformation & Design teams to align build outputs with operating models
  • Identify and mitigate readiness risks, gaps, and dependencies prior to transition
  • Track build progress and provide readiness reporting to leadership and governance forums

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Profile

  • Years of experience in transformation, shared services, training, knowledge management, or operations
  • Direct People Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Strong background in documentation, knowledge management, and training frameworks
  • Experience in global SSC / GBS or GCC environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Solid project management and risk mitigation capabilities
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
