The client is a leading renewable energy company with an established shared service based in Pasay city. They offer a hybrid work arrangement and a mid-shift schedule.

Job Description

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure budget and forecast assumptions are properly reviewed, approved, and documented.
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial controlling activities in compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze budget versus actual results, identify key variances, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support internal and external audits, including inventory and provisioning reviews.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, operational support, and decision-making guidance.
  • Drive KPI performance through variance analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, maintain SOPs, and contribute to process optimization and global improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • With 4-6 years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis, or similar finance roles.
  • Strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, financial analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with ERP systems, SAP, and SAP BI is preferred.
  • Effective communicator and business partner with strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in a multinational manufacturing/supply chain finance, inventory or project accounting, cost controlling, process improvement, and documentation; shared services experience is an advantage.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid setup and mid-shift schedule.
