Job Description

  • Develop and execute specification work for the industrial market segment.
  • Secure sales volume by engaging key stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
  • Expand market coverage for major industrial projects nationwide.
  • Identify and build relationships with FEED/EPC firms, project owners, consultants, and contractors.
  • Provide technical data and product information to support specification and bidding processes.
  • Develop annual specification and sales plans, including key projects and influencers.
  • Organize and conduct visits, seminars, and presentations for specification stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain updated specification packs for internal and external use.
  • Support new marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Monitor specified projects and collaborate with distributors and contractors to secure wins.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering fields.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years working with FEED, EPC, plant owners, or major contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple key accounts and industrial stakeholders.
  • Experience in industrial construction or insulation market is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and highly adaptable to urgent or unexpected issues.
  • Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel nationwide.
