Job Description

  • Define and execute the country sales and geographic strategy for the enterprise storage portfolio
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, programs, and partner relationships
  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across hardware, software, and services
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and track pipeline performance against targets
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
  • Build strong relationships with vendor stakeholders to drive joint success
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to senior leadership
  • Take full accountability for revenue, margin, cost management, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with company values and strategy



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong and proven knowledge of Pure Storage products, solutions, and underlying technology (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience selling enterprise data storage, infrastructure, or cloud‑adjacent solutions
  • Solid understanding of channel / partner‑led sales models
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding quota‑based sales targets
  • Experience defining and executing country‑level or regional sales strategies
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior customers, partners, and vendor stakeholders
  • Commercially strong, with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account development
  • Self‑driven, confident, and able to operate independently in a high‑visibility role
